Enjoy a fabulous four-course dinner in an intimate, cozy setting at Reno’s hottest new dining experience.

 

 

Fourk was created by Executive Chef, Restaurateur, and 24 year Military Veteran Paul Jansen.  Paul started his culinary journey in 2015, when he left his corporate career of 14 years to start his successful wine bar and tapas concept “Citizen Vine” in California.

 

Four years later, Paul created the Fourk Kitchen concept, created to change the way people think about a four-course dining experience, which is usually expensive and sometimes intimidating.  Instead of a once or twice per year special occasion, Paul designed Fourk to be an approachable and unique monthly date night.  And the Fourk concept has now come to Reno!

 

The experience at Fourk is truly unique and very interactive.  The night begins with a Happy Hour from 5:30 to 6:15 pm.  Promptly at 6:30 pm dinner service starts with an interactive welcome from the Executive or Sous Chef, with an explanation of the restaurant’s origins, artwork, menu, and a team introduction.

 

Fourk Kitchen in Reno is currently open Wednesday through Saturday in its intimate and warm setting, with limited seating, so reservations are required.  The four-course set dinner menu changes monthly.  Wine pairings are offered at an additional cost, but drinks and gratuity are not included.
